Relax

Proverbs 12:25 (CSB) Anxiety in a person’s heart weighs it down, but a good word cheers it up.

Fight or flight stress has its time and its purpose, but it’s not good for our health to maintain this constant mode of function. Unfortunately, this is exactly how a great majority of people operate. Fight or flight is the aggressive energy of the world that we live in, but it is not the energy of our Kingdom home. You’re a Kingdom citizen first, so you need to relax. God is always in charge. As soon as you notice the peak of tension and the weight of anxiety pulling on you – stop what you are thinking and doing, and give yourself time to breathe and recalibrate your spiritual alignment to the Holy Spirit within you. God created you to do things with attentive grace. So, shift your stress level down, and get 100% back into your Christ centeredness. Then you can focus on what you intend to do. Relax, and know that God has always got you...yeah.
