Go On ‘Bout Your Business
Proverbs 30:5-6 (MSG) The believer replied,” Every promise of God proves true; he protects everyone who runs to him for help. So don’t second-guess him; he might take you to task and show up your lies.”
Every believer will encounter hecklers in their lifetime. Hecklers like to say and do things to persuade us to question ourselves about whether or not God is true to His promises for our lives. But we who have made up our minds to trust God know that He is our Champion! He does more than keep His promises to us. He also gives us overflow because He is such a generous and loving Father. We just won’t lose when it’s God we choose! So, don’t hesitate when hecklers come along to distract you with their temporary illusions. Tell them to go on ‘bout their business while you and God take care of yours!
